Located within Casa del Mar in Key Biscayne, this waterfront vacation residence was completely reimagined through a full-scale renovation led by Veatrium in collaboration with interior designer Veronica Hernandez. Spanning more than 2,000 square feet, plus expansive balconies, the project transformed the condominium into a sophisticated retreat inspired by the elegance and craftsmanship of a luxury yacht.

Completed over a 10- to 12-month period, the renovation included a new kitchen, fully renovated bathrooms, custom millwork, wide-plank wood flooring, decorative wall treatments incorporating wood and fabric, and a complete interior painting package. Every detail was carefully executed to support the designer’s vision, where rich textures, bold colors, and bespoke finishes create a warm, contemporary residence that embraces its exceptional waterfront setting.
