Veatrium was hired by interior designer Paula Perozo to partner in the design execution and construction of a private collector’s lounge in South Florida. Two warehouses were combined into a single expansive space, with the existing interiors fully demolished to create a custom environment designed to house the client’s collection of rare objects and collectibles.

Engaged by the designer from the outset, Veatrium remained onsite throughout the 14-month project, overseeing a fully bespoke build-out that included gallery-style spaces, multiple living and lounge areas, custom storage, wine cellars, a custom bar, mezzanine, glass elevator, and powder room.

Throughout the space, wall coverings adding material character while the overall color palette was an ode to Safari like color ways in beige, olive green, brown and sand. Imaginative patterns highlight statement walls and trim borders, while mixed animal prints with leather are paired throughout the furnishings.
