Located within the exclusive Fendi Château Residences, this 3,000-square-foot family residence was delivered as a designer-ready shell, with Veatrium overseeing the transformation into a fully realized luxury home. Working closely with the client and design team, the firm managed all aspects of construction coordination and execution over a four-month period.

The scope included the installation of wood flooring, custom millwork, architectural soffits, decorative lighting, slab applications, and a complete interior painting package. Through careful attention to detail and seamless project management, Veatrium helped bring the design vision to life, creating a refined and highly personalized residence that reflects the elevated standards of one of South Florida’s premier oceanfront properties
