This waterfront condominium renovation at L’Excellence transformed a dated residence into a sophisticated and contemporary home tailored to modern living. Completed in collaboration with interior designer Claudia Herrera, the project involved a comprehensive gut renovation that reimagined the apartment with refined materials, custom detailing, and elevated finishes throughout.

The scope included a new kitchen, a redesigned powder room, a custom makeup vanity, and extensive marble applications on walls and key architectural surfaces. Custom cabinetry by Italkraft helped define the interiors, creating a cohesive aesthetic that balances functionality with luxury. Through meticulous project management and execution, Veatrium brought the designer’s vision to life while maximizing the residence’s waterfront setting and timeless appeal.
