Located on the 45th floor of One Thousand Museum, this luxury condominium was completed as a second home for an entrepreneur seeking a refined, turnkey residence in the heart of Miami. Veatrium was brought into the project by the interior design studio to oversee the construction coordination and final interior execution.

Completed in approximately six months, the scope included the installation of architectural lighting, custom drop ceilings, shower enclosures, millwork, decorative wallcoverings, and a motorized drop-down television system. Veatrium also managed the interior painting, art installation, and finishing details, ensuring every element was executed with precision and seamlessly integrated into the designer’s vision. The result is a sophisticated residence that reflects the exceptional quality and craftsmanship synonymous with one of Miami’s most iconic residential towers.
