This renovation at Reach at Brickell City Centre reimagined a family residence for a younger homeowner, creating a more contemporary and personalized living environment. Veatrium managed the design coordination and implementation, transforming key areas of the residence while maintaining the integrity of the existing home.

Completed over a three-month period, the project included the installation of a custom concealed wood entry door, the creation of a private home office enclosed with wood and glass partitions, new closet doors, decorative wallcoverings, custom lighting installations, and a complete interior repaint. Veatrium also coordinated the delivery and installation of client-selected furnishings, ensuring a seamless transition from construction to move-in.
